Eric D. Nelson, certified Property Manager, (CPM) has been actively engaged in real estate in Oregon for over 25 years. Graduated from the University of Oregon in 1980, he began his career in administrative property management in Eugene in 1982.

A resident of Bend in 1985, he previously served as co-broker and owner of two real estate entities in Bend prior to the formation of Cornerstone Realty Services, LLC in 1999. He has acquired an extensive background in the fee management of various types of commercial investment properties throughout Central Oregon and the Willamette Valley. He has served as a court-appointed receiver for several financial institutions and developed strategies to improve the operating performance and value of portfolio assets.

His experiences includes directing the administrative management of investment portfolios of over 500,000/sf, including a regional shopping center, various strip retail centers, administrative and medical office buildings and several industrial projects throughout Central Oregon.

In 1991, he received the professional designation of Certified Property Manager, (CPM) as awarded by the institute of Real Estate Management. He is licensed in Oregon and Washington.
