Eric D. Nelson, CPM, has been continuously engaged in the real esate industry for the last 27 years. A graduate of University of Oregon in 1980, he began his career as an administrative property manager in Eugene. He gained rapid experience in handling troubled assets during the recession of the 1980’s and served as a court-appointed receiver.

Mr. Nelson relocated to Bend in 1985 and continued to refine his skills in commercial property management and brokerage. Over this period, he has served as an administrative manager handling over 800,000 combined square feet of retail, office and industrial properties in the Central Oregon and in the Willamette Valley.

He has served as court-appointed receiver in numerous occasions and has administered various homeowners and condominium associations. He also was engaged in the management and leasing of the areas largest regional shopping center, the Forum.

Mr. Nelson earned to professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1991 as awarded through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Mr. Nelson started Cornerstone Realty Services, LLC in 1999 and is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.
